Description of mower gearbox
A lawn mower is a machine tool used to trim lawn and vegetation. It comprises an engine, traveling wheel, mechanism, blade, handrail, and control parts.
There are two power transmission belts on the power output wheel. The power transmission that transmits the belt to the cutting system is called the cutting power belt, and the other is the driving power belt.
A rotating wheel connects the cutting power belt to the cutting system. When the pull switch is released, the power is turned off. One side of the traveling power belt is also equipped with a pressure roller. The pressure roller is connected to the cable switch. The belt remains loose when the pressure roller is in this position, and the engine power cannot be transmitted back. The wheels are connected to the transmission. The mower’s transmission combines multiple sets of gears, which can be adjusted through different gear combinations to achieve the engine speed and rotation direction. For the mower’s transmission, the runner is its input power, and the combination of the transmission is completed by the shift lever. This is the power output shaft of the mower’s transmission, and the power is output to the traveling system to complete the operation of the mower.
