Bush chains are produced in accordance with ČSN 02 3301 and in dimensions Helical Gear Reducer according to ČSN 02 3329. Our manufacturing programme also includes nonstandard bush chains produced according to your internal documentation.
A bush chain is very similar to the roller chain. However, it does not have friction – reducing rollers and is thus suitable rather for lower generating speeds. The permitted standard movement speeds of the slow-running bush chains range between 0.3 m/sec to at least one 1.2 m/sec, with a maximum of 3.0 m/sec. Bush chains are most frequently found in applications requiring continuous procedure under coarse working conditions as well as operation in warm and humid environment where the utilization of belt drives will be inappropriate.
